Is it possible to stay at the property for less than three months?
Due to the exclusivity of the building the body corporate does not allow tenancies for less than three months.
Do you offer a weekly clean and laundry service?
This is not included in the rental rate but could be organised by separate arrangement.
What time is check in / check out?
Our normal check in time is 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am
Is it possible to host a party at the apartment?
This is strictly a “no party ” apartment
Is it possible to sleep extra guests?
There is only one queen bed in the apartment and no facility for extra guests
This location is perfect – I had a work assignment in Sydney and being here was convenient for everything – the city, the ferries, even fast train connection to the airport . I really didn’t ever want to leave this iconic place
